This policy exclusively applies to information collected within the mobile application, including email, text, and electronic communications associated with The Pawfect Date.

Please note that this policy does not cover information collected offline or on other Company apps or websites, including external websites accessible through The Pawfect Date mobile app.

THE PAWFECT DATE, is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. COMMUNITY AND CONTENT POLICY

We maintain The Pawfect Date as a safe space for pet lovers, prohibiting violence, hate speech, and inappropriate content. We do not allow or tolerate violence or violent language of any kind. Content promoting violence, hate, or engaging in illegal activities will be promptly removed, and the respective accounts disabled. Our zero-tolerance policy extends to various activities, including but not limited to organized violence, hate speech, and any form of terrorist activity.

THE PAWFECT DATE moderators reserve the right to delete content or disable users who violate our content policy or do not adhere to the spirit of the PAWFECT DATE Platform.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FOR CREATING YOUR PAWFECT DATE PROFILE

To facilitate pet matchmaking, we request specific information during your app registration process. This includes personal data like name, contact details, and information about your pet, encompassing breed, age, health records, and photos. If referred by a veterinary clinic, additional information may be provided, following which you'll complete the registration details.To self-register on THE PAWFECT DATE App, you will have to create a user account for the pet owner on our App where we ask you to complete a basic profile and to include any additional information about yourself.
This may also include asking the pet owner for login credentials, user name, email, contact information, emergency contact information, billing information, reservation information, gender identity, date of birth, photographs (we may ask for access to your camera or photo album for posting pictures), interests, personality traits, current and preferred location, social media accounts etc that you connect to you’re THE PAWFECT DATE Account. You may also provide and share photos, notes, events, and similar information in the ordinary course of using the App.
This may also include specific information of your pet such as breed, age, appearance, gender, weight, personality traits, location, ,social media accounts, photographs (we may ask for access to your camera or photo album for posting pictures), achievements, whether they are neutered or not, pet’s vaccines, food, medication, toys, beds etc., reservation information, location information, pets’ friends, Users social platform followers, Pets images, Users social platform interactions.
If you are a pet owner referred by a veterinary doctor or veterinary clinic to us , your name and telephone number may be provided to us indirectly via your veterinary clinic or pet’s doctor, we may on the instructions of your veterinary clinic invite you to sign-up to the App by an email or text message link. Upon sign-up, in addition to the details provided to us directly or indirectly as above, we will then collect further details as mentioned above in Clause (a). If you sign-up indirectly some of these details may already be pre-populated by your veterinary clinic but we would advise you to carefully check and edit these as needed.

Please note that some of the information that you choose to provide may be considered “special” or “sensitive” personal information in some jurisdictions (for example, racial origins, religious beliefs etc.). By choosing to provide this information, you voluntarily consent to our processing of that information.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not use THE PAWFECT DATE website or mobile application or delete it from your device, or change your phone settings to restrict location information.
